Comicbook.com reports 'Sonic the Hedgehog' and 'Detective Pikachu' have a lot in common...

Both films bring cartoons to life no one has seen, though Sonic’s has gotten more criticism.

So a fan had some fun and face swapped the lead characters. Hilarity ensues.

Someone commented that Pikachu looks like Crash Bandicoot. And then more images appeared.

'Detective Pikachu' hits theaters May 10th.
