51-year-old arrested for kidnapping woman outside liquor store, then sexually assaulting her

"This very dangerous suspect is in custody," Detroit Police Chief James Craig told reporters Thursday about the 51-year-old man suspected in the kidnapping and sexual assault of a woman who was sitting in a car parked outside a liquor store Tuesday night.
