Family bike ride honors 4-year-old killed while riding bike and raises funds for Oshkosh community

4-year-old Arya Vaughn was hit and killed by a car while learning to ride her bike. Now, one year later, her family and police have teamed-up for the Arya Cares Family Bike Ride to honor Arya's memory and to raise funds to build playgrounds and pay for field trips and other activities for children.
