Panic! at the Disco singer receives key to the city

Panic! at the Disco's Brendon Urie was given the key to the city this morning. The singer is from Las Vegas. Brendon was honored for his contributions to music and his philanthropy work. Clark County commissioners Jim Gibson and Justin Jones were on hand for the ceremony. The two also presented signs and proclamations to the Billboard Music Award show's executive producers. The Billboard Music Awards takes place May 1 at the MGM Grand.
