Rain through midday Monday, patchy fog and cool

Rain has moved in and we're in for a soggy morning commute. The rain continues until the early afternoon with most of the area picking up 0.50" to 0.75" of rain. It stays gloomy this afternoon and evening with some patchy fog possible and temperatures in the 40s. Fog is a little more likely tonight with lows around 40 degrees.
