Info from Licensor: "My friend and I were headed to my house on our motorcycles when we ran into heavier traffic. While frequently looking behind me I noticed alot of dust and smoke as a white charger was flying down the left shoulder passing cars with a cop behind him. Once I realized he was fleeing I made sure we could get out of the way."
