Sfgate.com reports Lifetime is following up on the special that changed the reputation of R. Kelly.
Journalist Soledad O’Brien will host “Surviving R. Kelly: The Impact,” a new installment.
The show will highlight the impact the original documentary had on culture globally.
It will also cover how the documentary looked at sexual violence and what it means to be a survivor.
“Surviving R. Kelly” premiered in January and has now been seen by 26 million viewers.
