Traffic shift comes to eastbound Interstate 435 in Kansas City, Missouri, this weekend

The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) is making plans for another big traffic shift along I-435. The end result will make eastbound lanes look like the westbound lanes currently look, with two expressway lanes and two exit lanes and a barrier in between.
