In a stunningly crude rant Thursday, far-left MSNBC host Joe Scarborough disparaged renowned Christian evangelist and missionary Rev. Franklin Graham -- whose charity Samaritan's Purse has financed hundreds of humanitarian and relief efforts across the globe -- as a "disgrace."
