Info from Licensor: "My husband is a pilot. He is not always home for the big events but this year he was home for his birthday and I was ready to make the house as festive as possible for when he got home. I drove to the store to get a ballon and decorations, of course they had no good decorations so I settled with a few small things and a balloon to put in the kitchen behind his gifts. I got out of the car and was being super conscious of not letting go of this balloon. It wasn’t super windy but since I was holding things, I knew I had to be careful. Then suddenly, with the string still in hand, the balloon just flew away. Yes, it detached from the top of the string and just left."
