According to a report by Reuters, on Thursday, North Korean leader Kim Jong Un and Russian President Vladimir Putin will meet at a summit meant to show that Washington is not the only world power able to set the agenda on Pyongyang's nuclear program. The two leaders will reportedly meet on an island off the Russian Pacific city of Vladivostock, just two months after talks between the US and North Korea ended in disagreement.
