The entire NASCAR community is in mourning following the news that Brenda Jackson, the mother of Dale Earnhardt Jr., died on April 22 following a battle with cancer. She was 65.

For 15 years, Jackson worked at JR Motorsports, the racing team co-owned by Dale Jr. and his sister, Kelley Earnhardt Miller.
