At the end of 2017, the center of Santiago, Chile, added a new temporary pedestrian promenade. It was Paseo Bandera , a colorful intervention of 400 linear meters by the local office Estudio Victoria , directed by the muralist Dasic Fernández , the gallery owner Esteban Barrera and the architect Juan Carlos López .
