Quezon City Rocked By Huge Quake

Info from Licensor: "We rented a condo in Quezon City for a few days vacation since Saturday (April 20) together with my partner and his siblings. We stayed in room 3801 on the 38th floor of the second building (Tower 2). Yesterday around 5pm I was about to take a bath when I felt a bit dizzy and I thought my vertigo was about to attack but no, I saw the water moving inside the pale then I immediately went upstairs to check on my partner. We remained calm and decided to wait until the building stopped moving. While waiting, I looked outside from the window and saw how the buildings were swaying, then I thought of recording it using my phone. Several seconds passed, then everything became stable."
