Lawsuit: Police, businesses allegedly accepted kickbacks to allow illegal towing in Detroit

A class action lawsuit has been filed against Breakthrough Towing, now known as Magic Towing, claiming the company engaged in illegal towing practices to get hundreds of dollars out of drivers.
