Multi-state listeria outbreak kills one in Michigan

One person has died in Michigan from the listeria outbreak. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, eight people are reported to be infected with listeria in four states. One other case has been confirmed in Michigan, in addition to the recent death.
