Uber Launches New Safety Features

Gizmodo reports Uber just announced a set of new safety features and programs.
Uber’s actions come at the end of a long road, too late for many victims among their customers.
#WhatsMyName is an effort to create a habit of asking drivers “What’s my name?” before taking a ride.
The hashtag reminds Uber users that legitimate drivers will know your name while others will not.
Just last week a woman was murdered and three women were raped by men posing as Uber drivers.
