U.S. Senate Majority leader Mitch McConnell plans to introduce new legislation. According to Reuters, he wants to raise the minimum age for buying tobacco products from 18 to 21. This would include vaping devices, in hopes to curb their “epidemic” use among teenagers. McConnell’s proposal is not extraordinary as other states and cities are also doing the same thing.
