According to Extra, rumors of Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx separating are false. The couple was seen holding hands, smiling and enjoying the day in New York City. That same night Foxx announced his upcoming comedy tour at the TImes Square Edition bar. Fox even went behind the bar and mixed Grey Goose cocktails for some lucky guests. A source told People magazine the pair see each other as they can but give each other plenty of space.
