Nessel joins the U.S. and Michigan Humane Society to end puppy mills

The State of Michigan is going to be working with both the U.S. and Michigan Humane Societies to shut down puppy mills in the state. Michigan's Attorney General's office has received nearly 20 complaints of puppy scams since 2017.
