NBC26 Storm Shield weather forecast

After a beautiful Tuesday afternoon with sunshine & 50s/60s......More rainfall and thunderstorms will move in tomorrow. A strong storm is going to pull in plenty of moisture from the Gulf of Mexico. Rainfall totals by Friday will range between 1 and 2 inches with some localized higher totals. There is even a marginal threat for severe weather across the southern part of the viewing area Wednesday evening. Temperatures on Wednesday & Thursday will be in the 40s. Winds will pick up out of the northeast between 15 and 25 mph with gusts near 40 mph. We have 60s returning for the weekend.
