Stranger Throws Child Inside Mall of America Unlisted Video

Newser.com recently wrote, "A man accused of pushing or throwing a child from a third-floor balcony at Minnesota's Mall of America had twice been ordered to stay away from the mall." His name is Emmanuel Deshawn Aranda and he was successfully arrested Friday after fleeing the incident. He is being held in suspicion of attempted homicide. Right now it seems Aranda's act may have been random. Officials say there is no clear connection between him and the young victim.
