RAW: Woman records alleged thief at Walmart

Clearwater Police is asking for the public's help to identify an alleged thief at a Clearwater Walmart. Police said the thief stole a wallet from a couple. The suspect later tossed the wallet at the victims, stealing the cash inside the wallet.
