According to the social networking site, there have already been more than 15 million Tweets about the hit HBO series in 2019. The busiest days on Twitter so far have been March 5, when the new season's trailer dropped, January 14, when the premiere date was announced and April 3, when the show held its red carpet premiere in New York City.
