Ohio lawmakers approve ban on abortions after detection of fetal heartbeat

Lawmakers in the Ohio House and Senate voted Wednesday to approve Senate Bill 23, a bill that seeks to ban abortion after the detection of a fetal heartbeat. The bill will now head to Governor Mike DeWine for a signature.
