Dueling rallies focus on preventing child abuse

Ending child abuse was the main focus of dueling rallies at Public Square today. One was organized by Cuyahoga County's Division of Children and Family Services. A second rally organized by Black Lives Matter and Black Man’s Army was protesting the DCFS.
