Before casting a vote to decide whether to raise property taxes to pay for a new community center, registered voters in Shawnee, Kansas, can learn more about the proposal at a presentation Wednesday night. The city will host a meeting from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Civic Centre, 13817 Johnson Dr.
