Worrying footage shows kids taking the bus to school - by sitting on the roof

This worrying footage shows school students taking the bus to school -- by riding on the ROOF. The video - taken by another student on the top of a second moving bus - shows the kids crammed on the roof of the vehicle which is speeding down a road. The kids can be seen sitting and standing in what looks like the roof rack, and some aren't even holding on as the bus moves along. One appears to be looking at his phone as the local government bus speeds along in Panipat in Haryana, India. A local source said: "This is a routine ride for these spoiled brats.
