Demolition to lead the way for apartments, hotels, and shopping

Progress is being made in the mission to make downtown Lansing less of a food desert. Demolition has begun at the corner of Michigan Avenue and Larch Street. It's the future site of the multi-use space that will include a hotel, apartments, and a mini Meijer.
