FDOT looking at adding 'managed lanes' on I-95 from Delray Beach to Jupiter

The Florida Department of Transportation has found that Interstate 95 in Palm Beach County needs another traffic lane. WPTV first reported last year that FDOT was building express lanes through southern Palm Beach County, but what about the rest of the county?
