New research suggests teenagers and their parents are dealing with the same issues around distraction and our phones, social media, and other digital devices. In fact, almost 40% of parents admit they spend too much time on their cell phones. Ana Homayoun is on a mission to help you find balance! She is a digital wellness expert and author and she joins us with strategies to help parents and young people. Ana will be at Divine Savior Holy Angels High School tonight, April 8 at 6:30pm for a talk that is open to all parents and students from the area. For more information on Ana and her books, visit AnaHomayoun.com.
