Camp Washington 'reinventing the neighborhood'

Don't fall asleep when you hear the phrase "Camp Washington just got a zoning change" — it's actually a big deal. The neighborhood's old zoning prioritized vehicles, creating a neighborhood with lots of parking but few places within a reasonable walk. Community organizers have taken their first step on the way to changing that.
