A ten-year-old footballer who lost his confidence after breaking his leg spoke out about mental health issues affecting youngsters.
Brave Lochlan Murdoch struggled with his mental health after a sporting injury left him feeling isolated and lonely. He suffered a shift in his personality after being unable to play football with his friends when he broke his right leg, and eventually confessed to his mum how he was feeling.
