Boy claims to be Timmothy Pitzen, who disappeared in 2011

Pitzen's family has spent seven years looking for the boy after he disappeared following his mother's suicide. Today, a boy claiming to be Pitzen told Newport police he had just escaped a pair of kidnappers.
