"We're going to keep this city moving," promises Ex Officio Mayor Jack Young

In his first address in his new role as Baltimore’s top administrator, Ex Officio Mayor Bernard C. “Jack” Young said the past few weeks have been tough for the city, but he intends on working with department heads and the City Council to keep “moving the city forward.”
