A Connecticut woman accused Joe Biden of touching her inappropriately while she was volunteering at a fundraiser in 2009.
Politico reports this is the second woman to accuse Biden of inappropiate touching.
The accusations add to the scrutiny Biden is facing for overly familiar physical contact with women.
Amy Lappos told the Hartford Courant on Monday that Biden pulled her close to him to rub noses while she worked at a fundraiser.
