Joe Biden hassles Chris Coon's daughter

One of his most stunning acts occurred during Sen. Chris Coons' swearing-in ceremony in 2015. During the ceremony the then-VP grabbed Coon's preteen daughter's arm, put his face close to hers and then kissed her, much to her chagrin and discomfort, as seen in the video below:
