Lawmakers consider 'New Parents Act'

Republicans put out a new paid family leave proposal that relies on Social Security. It's called the New Parents Act and it allows parents to take up to 3 months worth of future Social Security benefits so they can afford to stay home with the baby. Parents would have the option to either delay retirement to repay it or have the money taken out of their retirement checks.
