'Shazam!' Producer Talks About The Tone Of DC Films

Warner Bros. producer Peter Safran talked about the tone of recent DC films. According to Comicbook.com, he said the tone depends on the main character of the film. For example, “Shazam!” held a more upbeat tone because Shazam is an energetic character. Sadran describe Shazam has “fun and funny” and all about “wish fulfillment.” Yet future “Batman” and “The Joker” films will be shown in a darker light.
