Beyoncé And Jay-Z Accept GLAAD Vanguard Award

Superstar couple Beyoncé and Jay-Z were all smiles at Thursday's 30th annual GLAAD Media Awards. They were honored with GLAAD's Vanguard Award.
GLAAD's website explains that the award is given "to allies who have made a significant difference in promoting acceptance of LGBTQ people."
According to Business Insider Bey and Jay gave Shangela— 'RuPaul's Drag Race' alum a standing ovation after performing a seven minute Beyonce medley in celebration of the event.
