After a pretty cloudy day yesterday, there will be more sunshine today. Skies will be a mixture of partly cloudy to mostly sunny with high temperatures warming into the mid and upper 40s under light southeast winds arond 5 to 10 mph. Lakeside areas will likely remain just a tad cooler from the onshore wind. Tonight we will drop down into the upper 20s under partly cloudy skies and light winds out of the northwest around 5 mph. It gets windy and cooler tomorrow with sustained winds out of the north around 15 to 20 mph with gusts near 25 mph and temperatures near 30 degrees on Saturday under partly cloudy skies. We warm up just a couple degrees on Sunday at most with the continued north and northwest wind but it wont be as strong, between 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 20 mph. Skies will once again be partly cloudy. Temperatures rise back up to near 50 on Monday and then the lower to mid 50s on Tuesday and Wednesday. There is the potential for rainfall next week Thursday. So far it has been very dry which is good for the ongoing flooding situation. River flood warnings remain in place for the Wolf River and the Fox River. It does appear it will be at least another 2-3 weeks between the rivers receed below flood stage but at least the latest data is showing the rivers beginning to level out and slowing dropping.
