Chicago prosecutor says Smollett is guilty

"I do not believe he is innocent," Foxx's assistant, First Assistant Cook County State’s Attorney Joseph Magats, told CBS News in an interview Tuesday, adding that, "yes," he believes Smollett's guilty. "Our priority is violent crimes and the drivers of violence. Jussie Smollett is neither one of those."
