Comicbook.com reports Disney is getting closer to making 'Princess Bride' a stage musical.
Disney Theatrical has announced a full creative team for the project.
Composer/lyricist David Yazbek and writers Bob Martin and Rick Elice will take on the adaptation.
Disney first announced the project in 2013.
The musical will be based on the original William Goldman novel and the 1987 Rob Reiner film.
