40 women, including a former Detroit traffic reporter, testify at federal hearing about dangers of breast implants

Tuesday marked day two of a federal hearing in Washington concerning breast implant safety. Forty women, including former Detroit traffic reporter Tracy Gary, all claim breast implants made them ill. They're testifying and telling their stories during the hearing.
