Experts say confirmed cases of measles in Oakland County may just be tip of the iceberg

Oakland County health workers say they have confirmed 18 cases of measles in the county. Experts at nearby hospitals say it may be just the tip of the iceberg. On Tuesday, the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services confirmed four more cases, bringing the total to 22 in southeastern Michigan. The new cases include three more in Oakland County and the first case diagnosed in Wayne County.
