This video is of my dog's elbow. He is having these strange looking blackheads on his elbows.
I have already consulted VET about this. He said there is nothing to worry about.

As the labradors are very heavy so when they sit on hard floors they put a lot of pressure on their elbow which don't allow the hairs of that area to grow.
In the result these blackhead forms.
