System brings gusty winds and slight chance of afternoon rain

Temperatures are below average for this time of year topping out in the mid 60s in the valley. A system in Northern California is slowly moving south into the county and bringing a slight chance of rain this afternoon. A Wind Advisory for our mountain communities will go into effect at noon and last until midnight.
