Mike Pompeo CBN interview

In response to President Donald Trump's widely praised recognition this week of the Golan Heights as part of Israel, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo suggested that maybe, just maybe, the president was personally chosen by God to raise Israel up high and above its enemies.

He insinuated this after being asked by a Christian Broadcasting Network interviewer whether there's an equivalence between the president and Queen Esther, a Christian figure who the Bible claims once saved the Jews in Persia by foiling a plan by the Persian king's chief adviser to have them executed.
