Limited parking at rest stops could have contributed to fatal crash

Trenton restaurant owner Fei Ni died Wednesday after crashing into the back of an illegally parked tractor trailer outside a rest area. That case is extreme, but truck drivers tell us it illustrates the growing problem with increasingly crowded rest stops.
