R.Kelly Requests To Perform In Dubai

R. Kelly asked a U.S. judge if he could go to the Arabian Peninsula sheikhdom to perform. Officials from Dubai and the wider United Arab Emirates have not released a comment yet on the issue. According to Channel24, Dubai has previously been chosen as a safe haven by celebrities and world leaders. Kelly was recently charged with 10 counts of aggravated sexual abuse, including three underage girls.
